We collect: Registration data: name, email address, password (encrypted). Email connection data: IMAP credentials required for the archiving service. IMAP passwords are stored encrypted. Archived emails: content, attachments, metadata synced via IMAP. Payment data: handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers. Technical data: IP address, browser type, security logs.
Purpose of Processing
Your data is used exclusively to: provide the email archiving service, manage your account and subscription, improve and secure the service, comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
Legal Basis
Processing is based on: contract performance, consent, legitimate interests (security), legal obligations (Swiss accounting and tax law).
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), protected access with secure authentication, regular backups, restricted data access.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your account. After deletion, data is removed within 30 days. Payment data is retained per Swiss tax law.
